Elementary

K-Grade 6

A fun, active, and confidence-building experience for young athletes, taught by our very own Alumni Coach Katey!

Our program focuses on fundamentals in a safe and structured environment. Athletes build strength, agility, and coordination while developing confidence and self-esteem. Our experienced coaches teach essential techniques, discipline, respect, and teamwork. By joining, your child will gain valuable athletic skills, form lasting friendships, and cultivate a lifelong love for the sport.

JR. High

Grades 7-9

Our Junior High program is all about helping athletes grow stronger, more confident, and more skilled both on and off the mat. Practices build on the basics with more advanced techniques, fitness, and teamwork, while keeping things fun and encouraging.

Athletes at this stage are welcome whether they just want to learn, get active, and enjoy the sport, or whether they’d like to challenge themselves at competitions. For those interested, there are opportunities to test their skills at tournaments and continue progressing toward higher levels of competition.

SR. High

Grade 10-12

Our Senior High program is designed to take athletes further, whether you’re brand new to wrestling, cross-training from another sport, or returning after time away. We focus on building strength, skill, and mental toughness while keeping our mats open and welcoming for all levels.

What sets GPWC apart is that we work closely with local high schools, creating opportunities for athletes that wouldn’t otherwise be available in our region. Athletes can train, compete, and gain recognition at provincial, national, and even international levels. Opening doors to university recruitment and post-secondary athletic opportunities across North America.

Even if competition isn’t your main goal, you’ll still find lifelong friendships, mentorship, and a supportive environment where you can push yourself, learn, and grow.
